Sorry about the delay. I'm back!!!

Hello everyone!

The last few weeks have been very eventful. My school only had two days of class during the first week of this month. Gustav can be thanked for that. More trying for me was the three day lack of electricity at my house. I was just beginning to crawl the walls right before the power was restored. Guess I'm too much of a city boy!

Teaching has been going quite well. My students, for the most part, are working really hard. Progress reports were prepared today, and will be sent out tomorrow. I have spent the last couple of days getting grades together for all of my students. I can't believe that we've made it 5 weeks already. At this rate the Christmas holidays will be upon us soon.

First Two Weeks

Finally, the long weekend came!! But I must say the first two weeks of teaching have been great. I really couldn't ask for a better group of students. And they are catching on to the material very quickly, which leads me to believe I must be doing something right.

Being the procrastinator that I am, I have waited until almost the last minute to get this blog started. But I do hope to keep everyone informed on a very regular basis regarding how everything in my teaching world is going.

Now back to my long weekend!!!!
